- Paring knife
Paring knife is a small knife with plain edge blade that can be used for multi purpose. Especially to peeling fruit, or other smaller works.

Just like its name, this knife is specially used for slicing bread.
- Carving knives
Carving knives is a knife that best usage for slicing meat. It is thin, make the best result for carving meat, poultry, ham, etc.
- Slicing knives
Almost have same function with carving knives, but it is longer and narrower.
- Cleaver
cleaver is a big size knife, also it is very heavy. the main usage of this knife is for cutting meat with bones and joints also.This size make that task easy.
- Boning knife
boning knife have a sharp point and narrow blade. This cooking knife types are specially designed for removing bone from meat, poultry and also fish.
